The Woodcroft Morphett Vale Neighbourhood Centre is open from 9am to 3pm school days. Come and visit or explore this web site to read our newsletter for activities or book a hire room.

Walk, catch a bus or cycle to the Woodcroft Community Centre and use our reusable crockery to reduce plastics and waste. Ask about a "Green Tour" of the building to see what has been done and the things you can do to make your home more sustainable. Group tours can be arranged.






Position Vacant

Venue Hire Officer

12 hours per week (shared role)

Responsibilities include a full range of efficient, administrative support services to maximise the venue hire of the Woodcroft Morphett Vale Neighbourhood Centre and the Neighbourhood Link.

The Venue Hire Officer will have strong working relationships with the Centre staff, Volunteers, Management Committee and Venue Hire Officer.

The successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Criminal History Check.

Local Group Needs Your Help

she English Skills Group at Woodcroft Morphett Vale Neighbourhood Centre caters for the needs of people in the community wishing to develop their literacy and includes people seeking general literacy level improvement, special needs and speakers of a language other than English.

VOTE and PASS IT ON

The group does not receive funding through Adult Community Education under the Government of South Australia Skills for All programme. We have applied for funding through the yourSAy 'Fund my Community' a State Government initiative. Our group is requesting funding for the purchase of equipment to enable the group to expand its services to more members of the community.

In order to do this WE NEED YOUR VOTE so the group can reach out and engage others in literacy self-improvement, self-esteem building along with integration, friendship and fun.
